Herb of the Week – April 29

This week we are highlightingGenovese Basil

Genovese Basil has large leaves with a spicy clove fragrance and flavor.

It is great in sauces, salads, meat dishes and wonderful for pesto.

It likes full sun and grows 24″ – 30″ tall.  We recommend to pinch off buds as they form to promote high-quality leaves for cooking.
