Description
Deeply cut, fern-like grayish-green foliage that persists through the growing season. Pink to purplish red, nodding, heart shaped flowers are carried above the foliage on long, leafless, leaning stems. Blooms in late spring and may continue to flower through summer in cooler summers or re-bloom with cooler weather in late summer or early fall. Native to eastern U.S. Good soil drainage is essential for plant survival.
